I'm very thankful to Russ, who throughly assessed my health and physical fitness, as well as gave some very valuable recommendations and explained many things in general. Renae (personal coach) is AMAZING! She is very fun, motivating, disciplined and knowledgeable! She was very attentive to details, as well as my health concerns and preferences! She's such a nice person, too, and a pleasure to work with! The facility offers a huge variety of equipment, has showers and is very conveniently located! I have been going to IF for the past couple of months and training with Brian and Russ. Together, they designed a program for me that ensures I progressively gain strength and move towards my goals. Brian, as the primary coach I work with, has been fantastic. He is attentive to my current capabilities and knows exactly when to challenge me to the next level, all while ensuring my form remains intact. He incorporates a variety of exercises into the program, keeping the training both effective and engaging.
