Innovative Fitness Kelowna

I've been going to Innovative Fitness for a few months now and I have a workout with Chelsea and a workout with Hogun weekly. I can't recommend these two personal trainers highly enough!! They are very knowledgeable and attentive, making sure I am using the right muscles with each strengthening exercise. The sessions are always varied and tailored to meet my individual needs. James, Ben & the team focus on the details that matter—functional movements and sport-specific exercises that have really improved my performance. But what makes this place special is how much they care about you as a person, not just an athlete. I've worked with a few of the trainers at IF over the past months, James, Ben, and most recently Chelsea and Hogun - all have been amazing to work with. I've been so impressed with the caliber of trainers IF has on staff. Having them guide you through your workout is a true game changer. Each session is tailored to make the most of your time and efforts in the ways that are best for your body - and for your goals. Sessions change over time as your needs change, and the trainers adjust for your energy levels or any injuries you might have. I'm not someone who has historically been into fitness, but really want to be taking care of the one body I have so that it can serve me well no matter what activity I want to try. You don't have to be an elite athlete to get elite benefits from one-on-one training at IF....I'm stronger and more present in my body, and ready for whatever life has in store! Read Less
