In addition to training at Innovative Fitness, Brianne also coaches a local high school ultimate team, and leads ultimate skills clinics for adult women in Vancouver.
Tell us about a woman who inspires you to stay active?
I am most inspired by my teammates. All the training I do is so that I can be at my best when I hit the field with them again this summer.
What do you love about training other women at IF?
I love it when the women I train get excited by how strong they are getting, when they feel confident and accomplished, and it is especially exciting when they hit a new Personal Best!
Brianne’s journey from the ultimate fields to the fitness studio is nothing short of inspiring. Her commitment to excellence is evident not only in her selection for Team Canada Women but also in her role coaching a local high school ultimate team. As we celebrate women who inspire, Brianne stands out for her strength, accomplishments, and community impact.
