I’ve had a fantastic experience at Innovative Fitness and I can’t recommend my trainer, Mikel, enough! Mikel made me feel comfortable in the gym, which is something I truly appreciated. He took the time to teach me proper technique and form for various exercises. Mikel also provided valuable tips on using different equipment effectively, which has really boosted my confidence. I've had the fortune of interacting (and training) with a few different personal trainers during my time with Innovative Fitness, so I would like to start with giving a shout out to the incredible team of Alex, Isobel, Mikel, Bri, Adam and Mart (among others)! While the gym might be lacking in areas like equipment variety, size and space, the people there largely make up for it. Over the last year, I’ve been closely working with Mart, and I can confidently say he's been a game-changer in my fitness journey. Not only has he helped me recover from nagging injuries (and continues to do so), he has also strengthened my body and boosted my overall well-being. Mart's expertise and personalized approach are truly exceptional. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body, and he tailors each workout to my specific needs and goals. His background also gives him the ability to identify potential issues and provide targeted exercises, which has been invaluable in my strength and recovery process. Beyond his technical skills, Mart is a fantastic motivator. His positive energy and enthusiasm are contagious and he is able to inject a sense of enjoyment in workouts while never losing sight of the end goal. I started a month ago, and I had never worked out with a personal trainer before. I use to have a hard time to get up to go to gym, but for some reason it feels so natural to me right now. The staff are so friendly and competent at what they are trained to do, and the environment it’s really welcoming, it makes us feel like we belong there. The gym has so many small details of care that convinces me that it’s worth the price. I can clearly see the difference on my evolution by working out with a professional.
