Canadian Cross Country National were held on November 30th at Jericho Beach Park, Vancouver. Both the men’s and women’s field were stacked with elite Canadian runners – Natasha Wodak; Rachel Cliff; Christ Winter; Luc Bruchet. It was a cold and wet day making the 2k loop course incredibly muddy and difficult to run through. The senior women raced 7k in a field of 54 runners. Natasha won the women’s race in 24:30, while Kim came in 13th in 26:11.
